Mark Johnson did this: I felt the SUV is dragging a tire. I pulled over. I had a flat. I did not have the tools to replace the tire. Luckily A pickup pulled in front of me. I saw a man and his wife. This made me feel better. I was eager to help. within minutes he replaced the making it possible to make my medical appointment.
